My experience with Precision is has been perfect so far. From the time I called and spoke to a real person to set up a same day appointment all the way to my technician Andrew immediately setting me at ease with his professionalism and calm demeanor. He was very knowledgeable and gave me several options without emphasizing any of them. I truly felt in control of my service and repair. The service was done well, but the price seems expensive. Also your warranty policy seems like a way to lock people in to using your service only so you can charge what ever you feel like. Also the $80 service call fee is also too expensive. But I am glad that you reduce it for follow up work by $20 when the sticker is on the door.
