Precision was very easy to work with. I called the office and received friendly, helpful advice. I ordered two new garage door openers. The company stayed in touch to let me know when the installer would be arriving; there was a delay but Precision offered options to help. Our technician was friendly, efficient, and made sure we knew how to operate our system. The belt drive opener is extremely quiet - we were very pleased!

Recommended appropriate repairs on the smaller garage door which I agreed to and he took care of it as well . He had all the parts on the truck . Work was performed in a timely fashion.
