The first thing that impressed me was the confirmation from Vicki via email regarding the estimated time that my service tech, Corey, would arrive. Providing his photo ID and brief bio was included in the confirmation. A confirmation to me that your company is on top of it's game. Corey arrived on time, was very knowledgable, efficient and pleasant. He is truly an asset to your company. I passed my enthusiastic recommendation on to my daughter who is a real estate agent and is always on the look out for good recommendations for home owner service oriented providers.

The technician, Mike, was very helpful and courteous. I probably purchased more than I should have in the way of repairs, but I believed the services and parts were necessary. Mike is a fine representative of your firm and you should be happy to have him on your staff. He answered questions and provided service.

I really like the new door; it is so quiet compared to the old wooden one! The gentlemen who removed our old door and installed the new one were polite, efficient and tidy.
