Definite 5 Star Rating! Precision came out promptly to service my garage door opener! My remotes hadn’t been working well! With some troubleshooting discovered the circuit board was shot! So installed a new one! Keith and Mike were great! Noticed door was noisy and greased it up! Remotes working great now! So appreciate their excellent service!

I am very positively impressed with Mr. Mike Felton. He was well-mannered, listen carefully to my explanation of the problem and correctly diagnosed where was the problem. His diagnosis was based on his experience and was different from my guessing. I asked him who could change worn out rubber strip that seals the door with the floor. He checked the vehicle and pulled out the rubber band. He explained to me the cost of material and labor and using proper tools removed the old strip and installed the new one. Also, he made some additional adjustments. He explained some useful facts about this type of doors that I will use in the future. I really like this company.

Hi there, I am delighted with the service I have received from Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. My main spring broke on Monday afternoon. I called in at 4:50 PM. The Technician, Mike showed up early the next day by 11:00 AM! Unheard of response time! He did a full system check and educated me on my options. My door was fixed within 15 minutes! I can't get a light bulb changed faster than that! Thank you so much :)

Garage door wouldn't open. Called Precision and was impressed by the phone service and fast availability of a technician. Andrew came out and quickly diagnosed the issue (finding broken parts) and explained my options. I opted for a new garage door opener. Andrew was friendly, professional, and performed good work. He made sure I didn't have any questions prior to leaving. All this with the heat index over 100! Never had a garage door service before, so I cannot comment on pricing, but the experience was definitely top notch. I'd recommend them to friends and family if in need of garage door service.

Mike Felton did an amazing job. Solved the original problem of a jammed door in the up position, within 5 minutes. After re-programming all of our cars and manual remotes, Mike did a quick check and discovered frayed cables, which he replaced very quickly. Excellent service. Discovered your company by Google. Also like your website and web-based transactions and follow-up.

I called Precision at 8: 30 am, they scheduled my service call for 12 - 2 pm same day, 30 minutes later Mike (tech) called and was available within 15 minutes, our garage door was repaired (nearly rebuilt) by 12 pm (same day) and the cost was very reasonable. I cannot say enough for Mike, he represents Precision very well. Great company, great people, you will not be disappointed.

I believe the repairman's name was Vladimir . He was punctual, courteous and I was very impressed with his knowledge and options clearly defined. Repair only took a few hours or less and it besides everything working there wasn't any sign he'd even been there. Meaning no mess.
