We originally called because our door was giving us problems, but after talking with the service man who answered all our questions we decided to order a new door. He was very patient with us as we made our decisions on different options. One installer came, which surprised me because I thought it would take two, and he also was very polite and knowledgeable. He took down the old door and put it on his truck and installed the new door within two hours. We ordered the upgraded hardware with lifetime warranty on parts and labor. It is perfect, quiet and very attractive. We are very pleased with the service people and the product.

It was a flood emergency. Someone had tried to get in the Big Door and with the flood we had the eyes out as well as the rollers off the track. I found the # listed in Lebanon.
