Eric was great! Our owner really wanted to keep our old wooden garage door as it was an original in the building and we were able to do that with Eric's help. He repaired the garage door, glass and lots of other parts and installed a new garage door opener. The owner is really pleased.

However, the "up sale" on services/products once the tech arrived was a little upsetting and way too much over kill... actually, I almost decided not to have the service done. Following a call to your firm by me based upon past service by a Precision tech, Eric came to our house to provide an estimate for the purchase of two garage doors. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions, showing us several choices and providing estimated costs for each one. My only concern is that there are too few color choices for the Amarr carriage doors. We may decide to look elsewhere simply because of the lack of color choice. Otherwise, the visit was very professional and helpful.
