Garage door opener was failing fast. Received an appointment next day, that was convenient for my schedule. Drew arrived and made the assessment in a timely fashion and determined my existing opener was 24 years old and barely functioning. No one likes to spend money on a garage door opener, but if you do I highly recommend Precision garage doors. Ben was great! Presented me with a cost for repair on a 20 year old opener or pricing options on a couple new openers and door roller replacement. They understand what a burden this can be and provided me a really fair deal. I could not be happier with the new opener. Thanks Ben!!

Chose precision because of high ratings on google. Repair and technician were great. ...only downside was the $15 fuel surcharge. This was never mentioned until I saw my receipt. And $15 seems kinda excessive considering I’m in Carmel and you guys in noblesville. It’s about 28 miles round trip and with gas prices down so low even with a truck that gets poor gas mileage there’s no way the fuel cost more than $3.
