We were very satisfied with our service from Precision. They were timely with our appointment, called to update us during the day regarding the time frame and notified us 15 minutes before arrival. Ben and Ryan helped us with our garage door and opener repairs and were knowledgable and easy to work with. They fixed the problem same day and now we have a functioning door! I looked on the Angie's List site for businesses that performed what I needed; a new spring for my garage door. I called the number at the top of the list, it had the most reviews. After explaining what I needed, the lady said she scheduled a technician to come between 12 and 3:00. In less than 20 minutes I received a call and the technician said he would be here in about 20 minutes. He arrived in about 15. My situation was a bit bit extreme in that the actual door is clad with decorative wood which adds to the weight. For brevity, I'm not going to describe all that needed to be done. Technician installed new springs that would do the job and completed the task in good time. He did a great job on a difficult problem.

Incredibly fast turnaround! I called at 6:30 AM and they had someone out by Noon. Mike Felton was fantastic. Kevin came over and did a great job repairing and rebuilding my builder grade opener that had a failure. He was fast with the work. Was very concise with explaining what my options were and what the pros/cons were of each. They cleaned up after themselves before leaving. The opener stopped working. Our grandkids were over and apparently stepped on some wires that we did not notice. We called at 3:45 on a Friday afternoon and they sent Nick to fix the problem. He was at our home within a hour and diagnosed and repaired. Very happy with the service as well as the amount charged.

We were very happy with the work done by Andrew of Precision Doors. This is the second time he has done repairs for us — the first time the garage door needed repairs, and this time we needed a new garage door opener. Both times he did a clean, high-quality job, leaving the garage door and opener in better shape than when the house was new. We were particularly pleased that Andrew made some changes to the supports of the garage door opener so the new one is much more firmly attached than the original one that came with the house. We would not hesitate to refer Precision Doors to our friends and family.

I'd figured out that my sensors were damaged when I'd only lived in my new house for a few months. I randomly found Precision online and the guy answering the phone was very nice and offered to get someone out to me the next morning. Kevin, the tech, arrived and assessed the situation and gave me realistic options with varying prices and no pressure; just honest truths about what I had, what was needed, and what could be done as a resolution. He was very professional and got me set up with a more appropriate horsepower unit for the weight of my garage door. He explained what was happening beyond burned out sensors and left me to make a very educated decision about replacing my entire unit now versus the alternative of having the entire unit struggle and potentially die within 2-8 months. The new unit is great and super silent. I can now use my smartphone to control the door and also check if it's up or down while I'm away from the house. Much thanks to Kevin and Precision for a wonderful experience with something that was very foreign to me as a first-time homeowner!

We chose Precision because we have used you the past few years. And most importantly, because you said you could have the door installed the next day. But we were informed on the day of install that you couldn’t get it installed for 5 more days! We would have contacted someone else because we were going out of town for the weekend. But we were assured that the door would be installed the next day.
