Precision Door did a great job fixing the broken spring on my door. The technician called 30 minutes prior to arriving and pair done within a little over an hour. He also showed me that some bearings on my door support rod were worn out and he gave me a fair quote to replace them, so he did that as well. Very friendly and polite technician. I will definitely use Precision Door again.

I called on a week end and had a service man here on Monday morning. He explained what our options were and gave us the price for each. There was no hard sell tactic, I could chose whichever repair I wanted with no pressure. The work was completed quickly and the garage was cleaned up nicely before he left. One of our springs broke on December 31, so we called Precision to come out and take a look on January 1, 2019. We had such a great experience! They gave us a time window that they would be here and then called when they were on their way. We printed off the free service call coupon off their website, so all we paid for was the broken spring repair and labor. The technician was very courteous and professional. He recommended some overall fixes for preventative maintenance and repaired the spring. Eric, our tech, was super friendly and helpful. We recommend Precision for any repairs and will continue to use them on our upcoming preventative service. Thank you so much!

I found myself held hostage by a broken garage door spring and based on reviews decided to call Precision. The service we received was exceptional from the time we called to Josh showing up to help us out. He was professional, knowledgeable and quick. He provided several options to fix the door as well as answered my questions to ensure that I was making a well informed decision. As it turned out, our cables were beginning to sever and our rollers were grinding as well. I will definitely recommend Precision to family and friends who need their service.
