We desperately needed three garage doors. We visited precision garage company at the home show and was impressed with their product. The guys made it very easy for us to see and learn about their product. Within a few days of initially talking to them at the home show they came to our home to measure. They showed up promptly on scheduled day and time. Once they knew we were completely aware of what we were buying our order was placed. It only took a few weeks for them to have our order ready to install. The installers, nicholas and josh arrived promptly and began working. They worked non-stop on Taking out our old door and replacing the new. They answered every question I asked in a professional manner. They were extremely polite and left no mess at my home. The garage doors are absolutely beautiful and run so quietly I have to look a second time to make sure I actually raised the door. I highly recommend this company to anyone that wants high quality, reasonable priced garage doors and exceptional customer service. There is no pressure to purchase from this company which I truly appreciated.

Had an emergency garage door repair and precision came out the same day. Most service technicians will give a time window for when to be expected, in this case it was from 2 to 4. Mike arrived right after 2 and gave me a call to give me a heads up. He was knowledgeable and professional. My garage door is fixed! I called Precision at 8: 30 am, they scheduled my service call for 12 - 2 pm same day, 30 minutes later Mike (tech) called and was available within 15 minutes, our garage door was repaired (nearly rebuilt) by 12 pm (same day) and the cost was very reasonable. I cannot say enough for Mike, he represents Precision very well. Great company, great people, you will not be disappointed.

I chose Precision because of the excellent web page and it is a BBB accredited business. I called the service desk at 12 noon and they said that they would have someone at my house between 3 and 5. At 3 they were there. The service tech was very nice and knowledgeable. I have installed garage doors with all of the attachments before (it is not easy) and to fix a broken spring would have taken me 1 to 2 days. They were there for less than 2 hours and did an excellent job, so I gave them + 5 stars. Will use them again and highly recommend them.

Our spring broke so the garage door was unable to open. Andrew replaced the spring and did a thorough inspection of the entire door and all of the parts. The doors are 18 years old and the parts are as well as they’ve never been updated. Andrew explained to me where some plates were no longer working as they should and was creating a hazard everytime the door opens and closes. He also was very detailed and explained everything good and bad about the door in terms that I could understand enough without having any knowledge of garage doors. He was super easy to work with! Thanks Precision!

Nick Zatkoff was great. He showed up during the time frame that the office told me. Nick inspected our garage door and how it was operating. Advised me on what he recommended be done. He showed me the options and discussed the benefits. After we decided what was to be done, he got right to work. He installed new springs, drums, cables, rollers and keypad He was very professional and quick with the repairs. He even remounted the door opener to be more secure. Thanks again.
