I have had issues with sensor alignment on my garage door opener for a number of years and have had several companies out to readjust the sensors. Precision sent out Jeremy who diagnosed the problem and offered a permanent solution to this issue. Andrew gave me quick and expert service. He did not try to up sell me on anything, and as a result I felt more comfortable about going with a nicer insulated door. For now he gave me a "loaner spring" to get my garage door working (the original spring was broken) while I waited for the new door, and new spring/component replacement orders.
