I had backed my car into the garage door and knocked it off the tracks as well as damage the door. Aaron arrived on time, was very helpful and was able to get the door back on track and opened so I could get the car out. He examined everything and showed us why it should be replaced, not repaired. He made sure the door was closed and secured before he left. He was very helpful and pleasant. We purchased a replacement door from him.

My spring on my garage door broke at about 7:00 pm on Thursday evening when we heard a bang. We looked around for the source of the noise to no avail. The next morning I discovered it when I tried to open the door. I called Precision due to my previous experience with them. They were able get a tech out to fix the door the same day and the work was done correctly and by a very friendly tech. Aaron called before he arrived and he actually arrived a bit before the scheduled appointment. He worked efficiently and since it was cold he brought all materials into the garage at once to alleviate having to open the other garage door more that necessary. It was another great experience with a bad situation. Thank you:>)

I was amazed at the promptness and professionalism shown by Precision. I called in on Wednesday and they were here at 8:30 a.m. just as they told me they would be. Being self employed myself for over 35 years, it is hard to find anyone anymore who actually does what they say they will do and actually cares about the customer. I thought I was a dying breed but Precision Doors showed me they still have the great work ethic and consideration for their customers that seems to be a thing of the past for most businesses. I would not hesitate to call them again.
