I had no idea what to expect since I bought the service through Angie's List. What a pleasant experience!Andrew was wonderful!He called to tell me when he'd arrive. He knows his stuff and took time to explain everything in layman terms. He answered all my "what ifs". He is very polite and respectful. He even laughed at my corny jokes! Also he is patient.

Andrew was absolutely wonderful! Polite, courteous, respectful and he knows his stuff! If I ever hear of anyone needed a garage door company, I will 100% recommend Precision and especially Andrew! I'm so glad I bought the Angie's list coupon- it was on a whim and it turned out to be a very smart whim indeed! Andrew replaced the rollers and installed a keypad as well as servicing and tuning the door.

Technician Mike did a great job. Neat in appearance in spite of temperatures in the 90's. Very pleasant and easy going. Installed new keypad per agreement, found broken spring and repaired. I found your business through a Big Deal on Angie's List. Your staff replaced all the rollers on the garage door and inspected other aspects of the door. They found frayed cables that were replaced and for which I am grateful, otherwise it would have meant another visit later. Staff were cordial and informative. They recommended spring replacement but were not pushy when I declined for now. Overall a 5 and will use them in the future and recommend to my friends.
