Andrew was born in New York, and lived in Connecticut for the first ten years of his life. His family then moved to Ft. Wayne, IN. After high school, Andrew graduated from Ball State University, with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. Andrew lives an active lifestyle. He enjoys running, cycling, and lifting weights. Andrew also loves playing and watching almost any sport. He currently lives in Westfield with his wife, and 1 year old son. He enjoys spending free time with family and friends.

I just had a new garage opener system (everything except the doors) installed on both of my garage doors. The service was exceptional. Andrew was timely, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. I called Precision Garage Doors because my door had come off the tracks. They sent over a tech quickly (Andrew). He was able to pop my garage door back onto its track quickly, but also explained to me why we were having the issue. Unlike a lot of service techs I've met, he didn't talk down to me or pressure me into buying more. He gave me the facts, explained everything, and thoroughly answered all my questions. I will definitely be calling Precision Garage Doors again if I have future garage door issues!

The repairman (Andrew) showed up within the time scheduled and had my door repaired in a timely manner. He did point out some additional areas of concern that I will tend to. Didn't apply any undue pressure as some servicemen do when they show up to make repairs on something. The spring broke on our garage door Saturday night. After unsuccessfully contacting the previous repair company I used, I decided to try someone new. I found Precision in the Home Pages, and I called for service late Sunday afternoon. The operator was informative and was able to provide accurate pricing for a broken spring repair. By being able to talk with someone on Sunday I was able to get service first thing Monday morning, which I was totally fine with. The technician, Andrew, arrived ontime and was quickly able to diagnose and inform me of the issue and some other minor items that may need corrected in the future. Based on his recommendation our single spring was replaced by 2 springs for better lift capability. Andrew was well spoken and very respectful. The overall experiance with Andrew and his/Precisions use of technology (email appointment reminders, and credit card payment onsite) made the experiance smooth. I will definitly recommend Precision to anyone in need of garage door repair, and will also use them for my future needs. -DB

Hello Sorry I don't remember the technician name but he was friendly very helpful with all my questions that I asked. Didn't even have a problem with me hanging around to watch him work. Would recommend you guys to all my friends. Wife is happy so I'm very happy. :) Replaced the springs, pulleys, cable, and rollers. Took him about one hour and half. Great guy. Thanks again.

I was very please with my overall experience with Precision in the purchase of replacement garage doors for my home. The staff members who came to my home for the initial consultation and installation were very professional, and were able to answer all my questions. The installer was on time and did an excellent job installing my new doors and cleaning up afterwards. I had done my homework on pricing, and I felt Precision's pricing and warranty was very competitive and fair. The doors look great and I would recommend them to anyone looking to replace or repair their garage doors.
