We found out about you and BRANDON RICHARDSON Service Tech from one of my friends who lives in these condos.. I called and the very nice lady helped me book the appointment. I told her that I would like to have the tech that was at Todd's Pennington's condo in July. I did not have his name! So she told me that she would try to find who it was.I am so glad she did!!!He was great help to me.. You should know you have got great people working for you.. Our garage door broke over the weekend and we called Precision on a Sunday. They were able to come out the very next day. Our service technician, Brandon, was awesome! He called when he was on his way and arrived right on time. He was friendly and courteous. He looked at the door then explained what needed fixed and why. He gave us options on parts and did everything he could to get us the best price. He had the door operational in about an hour.
