Ryan was born in indianapolis where he lived for 22 years before moving to Phoenix Arizona where he attended motorcycle mechanics institute. Then moving back to Indianapolis a few years later after some time as a motorcycle mechanic Ryan decided he wanted to look at other opportunities. After some searching he found and was hired by Precision Garage Door Service. When not at work he enjoys archery, hunting, being outdoors and riding his motorcycle.

Amanda the manager could not be bothered to take my call or return my call in regards to my service today. Technician was nice I have no problem with him. I will not recommend your company with management that ignores customers calls and like I said could not be bothered to call me back. I run a trucking terminal and have over 100 employees I love to recommend good companies for residential and commercial work. Missed opportunity

I originally chose your business because it was on angie's list, so I felt that I would be treated fairly. I give them 5 stars. And they call you and tell you that they are on the way to you, if they are delayed, they let you know. The workers are polite and respectful and know their business.

Ryan was fantastic & friendly. He arrived at exactly the top of the hour. After a fifteen-minute diagnosis, he presented three repair options (good, better, best....each with warranty), and answered all questions thoroughly. He even wore shoe guards to prevent mud from getting on the floor. The entire job was complete in about ninety minutes, and my family can now smoothly utilize our garage again. This was my third time using Precision within the last decade or so. Thanks!!

I accidentally hit and broke off the sensor so the door would not go up. I ended up purchasing a new opener which included new wall switch, keypad, and 2 remote openers. Ryan impressed me with his professional explanation of what was needed for my aging door and opener. He gave me three options for a new opener and door. I selected the middle range opener and will address a new door in the future. I am extremely satisfied with the end product and the friendly and polite employee, Ryan. He is a stellar representative of your company. He deserves a gold star and a huge thumbs up for a job well done! Maybe a pay increase too?

Need a Door Spring replaced. Spring was replaced without issue. Tech assured me that the Bear Plates must be repaired. Door is only two and a half years old. There was no attempt to show me the so called bad plates. Obviously the up-sell is a good way to boost billings. I don't think there was anything wrong with the plates that I paid an additional $250 for. I received an email from Joel to call him and I will. I have attempted to connect via email but can't get any response. Not a company that I would recommend or refer anyone else to.

Great Service ! I had an emergency garage door repair and Precision was able to fit me at a late notice. Ryan, the repair tech, was even able to get to my home before the scheduled time.
