Ben came out today to look at our garage door making some popping noises. He looked at everything and found the problem. Explained to me what was wrong and fixed it. Great job and he was pleasant to talk to. That really makes a difference to me. Keep hiring more like Ben. He definitely deserves some recognition in my opinion.

When I closed on my house I set up an appt the next day to get a garage door opener estimate. The installer showed up on time gave me an estimate that was in line with what I had researched. He was able to install the opener right then. Being able to check something quickly off the list as a new homeowner was greatly appreciated!

Josh was on time, courteous and it only took him a minute to install my garage door keypad. I had a few questions about the garage door movement and Josh took time to help me understand why and gave me options to make it better. I’m going to schedule another service call and I hope Josh is who does the install. I really appreciate the personal service. I was given a 2 hour timeframe which is almost unheard of these days.
