My technician was Mike Very professional, explained everything to me. Found my issue, a wire, fixed it. Pointed out another possible future issue, gave me a fair quote. We had that work done as well. We are senior citizens on a set income so we are careful who we use. I would recommend this company and their service to anyone.

Brandon was the tech assigned to our call yesterday evening. First, he was on time and very service oriented. Second, he listened and from there looked over the issue and explained what he was going to do to diagnose the problem. Third, he cared. Cared enough to help us understand the problem and cared enough to work with us on the solution. Brandon is a great technician but most importantly a great person. Our dog even liked him. I called Precision through a referral on late Saturday afternoon because of a broken spring on the garage door. The young lady on the phone was very pleasant and helpful and gave me the first appointment Monday a.m. I received my promised call from the technician with a time of arrival. He assessed the problems and showed me options and I made the choices I wanted for repairs. Kevin Ulery was our service technician and was extremely efficient, professional and very informative! I felt very comfortable and assured of his recommendations. Kevin also brought along a trainee, Cory Barnett. It was Cory's first day on the job and I was so very pleased to hear that Precision had hired an Army Veteran. Thank you Cory for your service! Cory was equally as polite and will be an asset to Precision. I would call Precision again and most assuredly request Kevin or Cory for my service technician. I will certainly pass Precision Garage services on to my family and friends and also plan to place their name in our HOA directory for our neighbors. It was so refreshing to receive such GREAT customer service!!

Had a broken garage door spring that trapped both cars inside the garage. Kevin U. showed up within an hour, on his day off to fix the issue. The door was open and working great in no time! The service was prompt, polite, friendly and the price was outstanding!

Mr. Eric Gellenbeck arrived early and inspected all of our Raynor garage doors, a total of 4 doors, and explained the ones on the house were in need of extensive repair! He explained our various options and pricing. Since they were installed in 1987, he advised us he could do the complete overhauj today! Eric was very professional, hard working and explained the steps he was taking. He completed the complete job and reprogramed the remotes in two cars.in about 3 hours! Eric is the best engineer we have ever had !!!

We called because our door wouldn’t open, they sent Eric G. the same day. He was honest, knowledgeable, hard working and very nice. He told us our issues/options and we took his advice. He was done repairing our door in a few hours and he even cleaned our garage door button! We are so happy, it’s like a brand new system and it’s so quiet! I give five stars to Precision Doors. Once I submitted an online request for a service quote, I was contacted immediately to schedule a visit. My technician showed up on time and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I was very pleased that he honored my request to stay within a certain budget and gave me 3 options to replace my old garage door opener and install a keypad. My technician was Vladmir and he answered all my questions with clear and precise answers. By the way, the new unit is SO much more quiet than my old opener. Due to Vladmir taking the time to explain my options , I chose a unit that has 2 chains instead of one chain and a pully. I'm very happy I chose to call Precision. I learned alot about garage door openers from Vladmir. He is a wonderful employee. I really appreciate that he kept my options simple and easy to understand.
