I have always used Garage Doors Of Indianapolis, but I saw one of your trucks at my neighbors last week and found you on the web, so thought I would give you a try. I was impressed with the call I received stating the repair guy was running late, and you gave me a later time frame. Then repair guy called to say he was on the way. Also, he was very nice and professional. All in all, I was happy with work, and he put a sticker on the door, I hope I don't need you for a long time, but will use you again. I ended up with more than new springs, I had new hardware, cables and all, as my house is about 28 years old, and it had only had spring replaced. Glad you repair guy showed me worn parts, and etc.

Great service! I was amazed in about 3 hours from the spring breaking, my door was fixed! Andrew did a complete check of my door, explained the problem and suggested other maintenance issues to watch. Bonus - it's quieter now. Andrew was very polite and knowledgeable.
