We had a sixty year old garage door replaced with a new door and new hardware. Josh came out to the house and gave a very informative assessment of the door and hardware with our replacement options that was easy to understand. Amanda was very helpful in sending us color samples to make sure we made a good decision plus pictures of optional door styles. Jessica always answered our calls regardless of the day or time. Troy installed the door. He was on time and worked efficiently. After the installment we had uneven concrete at the end of the garage due to the age of the house. Eric came out and immediately trouble-shooted the issue and came up with a weather-strip solution that worked well. All is all, with the end result, we really like the look of our door, the opener and all of the hardware.

I contacted Precision because a spring had broken on my door. FIRST off - I was thrilled to have called at 12:30 PM on a Friday and have a technician at my house by 2:10 PM (well within the 2 - 4 pm window). My thought was that I was just going to have the spring replaced. When Andrew arrived at my home, I was at once put at ease by his professional appearance and demeanor. Andrew examined my door carefully and showed me clearly the evidence of wear on various moving parts (the cables, the pulleys, the rollers) that indicated that it would be in my better interest to have the door fully refurbished. Although it was more than I had planned on doing and the cost was greater than my plan, having the whole matter resolved in a single visit really motivated me to go with the refurbished service. Andrew then quickly and efficiently completed the service I'd requested. Finally, knowing that these moving parts, on a key feature of my home, are warranteed for as long as I own my home is an added bonus. I highly recommend Precision and Andrew.

I requested an appointment online for something in the upcoming week in the evening. My situation was not an emergency but needed something done soon. I received a response very quickly and my appt. was scheduled for 2 days later. Perfect!! Our technician, Jeremy, arrived a little early and was able to get started. He gave us a few different options to consider after evaluating everything and explained the pros and cons to each option. I did not feel pressured towards any of the options and they did not try to sell me a new door as that is not what I needed. Very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable during the entire process. I chose the option that was best for our situation (complete door overhaul) and he had all of the parts required to complete the job right then. That was so much more convenient than having to schedule another appointment. There are discount coupons on the site that are easy to use. Check out and payment was easy and efficient. I would recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door repair, maintenance, or replacement. Great job!!
