Our garage door wouldn’t open and we couldn’t open it manually. I called Monday morning and Ryan was at our house about an hour later. He offered a couple of options as to accommodate our limited budget. He was very professional and did a great job. I would definitely call them again if needed.

The entire experience from POGDS was great, from the prompt response for scheduling, updates about arrival time and a quick bio about Ben prior to our scheduled appointment. Ben was not only on time, but it was clear he respected the distancing measures in place due to covid and was respectful of our needs and budget. He clearly explained the various options and even went as far as recommending Maintenace procedures for long term care, this is always appreciated as I know nothing about garage door upkeep. Ben was respectful of my lack of knowledge and helped consult rather than sell, this is a HUGE plus in my book. I found the service to be a great experience. I placed a call on an evening and requested a service for the following morning. I had a time between 8:00-10:00 and Mike called in advance and showed up at 8:00. I had just had ankle surgery and was not mobile, Mike to photos so he could bring them to me to show me the problems. He also gave me 3 options. I found him to be very professional and personable. I would recommend this company to anyone
