Your Service Technician (Jeremy) is very helpful and answered all of my questions. What you SHOULD do is to make sure your call center employees provide as much information as possible prior to a service call. For example, I needed a new rubber gasket on my garage door. It turns out that a new metal strip had to be installed before the gasket could be attached. Before I knew it my cost was almost $300.00. Homeowners do NOT like surprises.
