Broken spring repair. Andrew did an excellent job of explaining all of my options. He of course advised of an upgrade on various items which any customer fully expects. I imagine he was right in his advice but I usually wait until it breaks then I call to have it fixed. He was very courteous in offering me the upgrade and moved on with the repairs when he got my answer of no. I will call again when the suggested items break. Overall experience A . Josh B. came to repair broken spring, but with his vast knowledge of his job, he showed me several things that were wore out on both of my doors and ended up rebuilding both of them. He should get a raise in pay, this man really knows his stuff.
