Technician Mike did a great job. Neat in appearance in spite of temperatures in the 90's. Very pleasant and easy going. Installed new keypad per agreement, found broken spring and repaired. I went online and looked for Garage door repair in Hancock County. Your add was impressive and it was late in he evening around 11:00 PM but was still able to make an appointment for the next morning. Your representative "JOSH" was business like and professional explaining in great detail what he found in his inspection of the garage door. He finish his repair replacing all the lift hardware in terrific time and was courtous during the whole process.
