You were the only place that would come out at 8am to fix my door. That is very important for people that work. I appreciated that email with a picture of the guy that would be out to fix the door. He did a great job. I thought $240 was a little expensive for 1/2 hour of work and some track wheels.

Josh came to our house for a simple job, replace the roller, install keypad and purchase new controller. Turns out this was a very difficult job for a variety of reasons including our old door operator. Josh and Precision stuck with the job until we were satisfied. I've seen your trucks! (I thought it was GDI - but am aware of Precision by passing houses where your trucks were working. I needed 2 springs replaced. The tech was friendly, and suggested a hi cycle spring (which is what I have been trying to get for 15 years) as I have replaced my springs every 24-30 months since 1990. Very helpful there. Appt window was missed by about 1/2 hour - and work took 90 minutes. I think it will work well now!

I called in the first place from your ad in Reach publication. I hadn't been that impressed from the way a competitor of yours had handled a job of mine a few years ago and their receptionist couldn't offer any service for 26 hours to rectify my current problem. Your employee, Vicki was very helpful and patient with my two calls for an explanation of your service and rates. The third call was the order. Your technical, Corey was starting to concern me on an "upsale" approach but was very honest and explanatory to my previous repair job with your competitor. And performed the task great for completion.
