This was one of the best home maintenance provider experiences I have had. Precision sent an e-mail confirming the appointment time including a color photo of the service technician (Mike) for security purposes. I also received a call a few minutes prior to arrival at my home. Mike arrived on time in a clean uniform, was articulate in explaining what he was going to do and he completed the repairs within an hour. He also found a cable problem that I had not noticed that could have resulted in a future injury or damage to the door if not addressed. He fixed this quickly and the charge was very reasonable.
