Precision has a very compelling commercial and I especially liked their assurance of how they are handling business during Covid-19. Top notch service. Very efficient scheduling process and they were able to come out same day. My technician was Josh who was very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything to me clearly before offering several options to solve my garage door issues. He was able to make door hardware repairs and install a new garage door opener in a very short amount of time with excellent clean up. He made sure I understood how the new opener functioned and stressed if I had any further questions the answer was a phone call away. Don't put off having your garage door tended to - you can feel safe and confident calling this company.

The service was excellent, from the initial call to the repair. The phone call could not have been more empathetic and kind. They helped get an appointment the same day, and called to tell me a more concise time window. Eric the repairman was on time and was a great help to understand the issues with our garage door. I called and the apptmt was the following day. Ryan explained how the problems could be resolved - repair and/or replace the door, opener, and the cost breakdown for each. Since I chose repair on some items (which included warranties) and replace on some items, he was able to do the work the same afternoon. I was very pleased with Ryan and the work done, as well as the cost. I would highly recommend Precision and Ryan if you have garage door problems.

Brandon was very courteous and observed quarantine precautions. He gave a very thorough assessment of the deficiencies, due to age and wear, in the parts of my garage door. He replace the springs and rollers. Previous owner had jerry-rigged the door and bent several hinges which Brandon. He also replaced the bottom door seal. I feel very confident with the 5 year warranty on all of the new replaced parts. I am very glad I chose Precision.
