I literally grabbed the tech as he was working on our neighbors garage and had him come over and give me a quote for a new garage door opener. After inspecting the tech said I needed new springs and replacement wheels for the track. I said great when can you do it! And he said right now if you wish! A couple of hours later and he was finished. This is an amazing opener and the door is so quiet now it's unbelievable. Precision has a great reputation and I know the price was fair. The tech was so polite and professional it was nice to deal with someone who really knew what they were doing. What a great experience!

I called at 3pm and was told that a technician would call before coming between 4pm and 7pm the same day. at about 3:40 i had a knock on the door from Ryan L. He said that he left a voicemail. I found that he did. about an hour later, i had a functioning garage door. I had both Springs, Spring Rod Bearings, and 10 rollers all replaced, and the door springs adjusted. Ryan showed me the bottom price, and then he explained all the options and the price increases involved. I certainly Appreciated Ryan's promptness and knowledge of all the what if's in choosing the cheapest route to the route that I chose to go. My wife actually told me about Precision Garage Door services. She had called them back when I was deployed a few years ago. My experience from Calling to having a functioning garage door was exactly what my wife remembered about the service that she had done at our previous home while I was deployed. I highly recommend giving Precision a call.

This is my first experience with Precision Garage doors. I must say that I am completely satisfied with the service we received from the garage door technician from Precision. Kevin did a great job, understandably explained the options and was very friendly and professional. He arrived within the window of time promised, installed new springs and identified and mitigated future issues with other moving parts, ultimately saving me money and headache. Technician did a great job explaining what the problem was and what my options are. He gave me several options . He did a great work and replaced garage door opener and springs . One problem I see is that garage door opener did not have other brands such as chamberlain, over head genie . It was only precision brand!
