Nick was amazing! He was fast precise and very much proud to represent Precision Garages. He had done prior work on our springs 2 years ago and came back to be the tech to fix our new problem. Its reassuring that all the parts with precision are warranty and although I have had only experience with one of their techs if all the techs are like Nick then you've choosen the right company to trust to do any of your work needed.

My service tech, Mike Felton, was very friendly and professional. My spring had broken and needed replaced, but he performed a complete inspection and I felt very comfortable trusting his recommendations. He kept me informed and was very thorough with the repairs. My garage door had issues with automatically opening and closing consistently. I found Precision on Angie's List. I chose this company because it advertised competent service and fully stocked vans. Also, the $40 coupon was inviting. Brittany was very helpful with scheduling. The service tech, Andrew S., was on time and personable. He listened patiently to my explanation of the issue. After a thorough check up, he described all the issues. Since the door was installed when house was built in 2006, several parts were starting to show wear. He offered a price quote for each item. A new motor was imperative and I decided to be proactive and replace everything suggested. Andrew was efficient and skilled. He performed the repair in less time than estimated. I was very satisfied Andrew's service. He exceeded my expectations! It's so nice to have a functioning, QUIET garage door. Thank you!!
