I damaged my own garage door and part of the frame around the door. Nick & Brian at Precision Garage Door did a fantastic job and very quickly on the same day which is amazing. While the guys were working on the door someone was sent to deliver a part the guys didn't have with them. I really appreciated that. This is the second time I call for service with this company and I am very satisfied with the curtesy and respect, and professionalism of the employees. I would call again if needed.

I was very pleased with Precision Overhead Doors, with the technician who was thorough and extremely pleasant, the work he performed in a very timely manner, his promptness, courtesy call to say when he would be here and the price I had to pay. I'd highly recommend them for any garage door work. Also, even though we had to delay the work by one day, the girl gave me the first time slot (between 8 &11) and the technician was here shortly after 8 and was finished by 10:30.

The technicians were polite and upbeat. I appreciated the prompt service I received since I was unable to exit my garage because door would not operate correctly. I do feel that Precision prices were inflated. My two neighbors entire garage rebuild, (including a new door and a new key pad and opener) which I did not receive was only a 100.00 more than I paid. But, in an emergency I had to go with the inflated costs of material.

Josh was very nice and friendly and nice looking to boot! I trusted his judgment on what needed to be repaired. I understood what he said needed to be done and I think he was looking out for my best interest in regard to my garage door. I believe it was time for major repairs. Yes, I believe he did a good job. He’ll be back next week to finish the job. Communication from your office was excellent. I found you in the Yellow Pages and it said the service call would be free. I can only trust that your prices are fair and that you wouldn’t take advantage of your customers. And, if that’s the case, I would certainly recommend your services.
