Mike came out to repair and rehab our garage doors. On time, very professional and efficient. He had everything he needed to get the job done in one visit. He replaced the drums on all of the doors and the springs. He gave me options to allow me to balance cost and outcomes. Much appreciated!

Precision Door did a great job fixing the broken spring on my door. The technician called 30 minutes prior to arriving and pair done within a little over an hour. He also showed me that some bearings on my door support rod were worn out and he gave me a fair quote to replace them, so he did that as well. Very friendly and polite technician. I will definitely use Precision Door again.

Kevin conducted warranty work for a broken spring. The lifetime warranty we received 10 years ago was honored without hesitation! Kevin called ahead and arrived at the beginning of the 2 hour window we were given. As he conducted his work Kevin explained exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it. Upon completion Kevin made sure he had not dropped anything and made sure the area was clean. Our garage door is back in operation and working perfectly. I would highly recommend Precision and Kevin especially. Kevin was very friendly and informative and a true professional in every way. My rating for Precision and Kevin is 6 Stars as they totally exceeded expectations!!!!! I will always call Precision for any garage door work!!!

I called on a week end and had a service man here on Monday morning. He explained what our options were and gave us the price for each. There was no hard sell tactic, I could chose whichever repair I wanted with no pressure. The work was completed quickly and the garage was cleaned up nicely before he left. I will certainly call them if I need further garage door assistance.

Your tech, Eric, seemed to be a very knowledgeable person. My original call was for a new base seal and hardware maintenance for an 18 y/o door. When he came and inspected before beginning, his diagnosis was NOT what I needed to hear. What was expected to be a $160 project turned out to be a $1329 makeover. Not his fault. Based on his diagnosis, the door and framework was improperly installed 18 years ago. The wife and I , being south of 70 y/o, were naturally aghast at the cost. But, Eric was quite the fine young man; worked diligently, gave excellent advice; and wonderful cleanup. Hopefully, the door will almost outlast us. Just glad I didn't need a new door! We'll certainly give your company a "thumbs up" to anyone who asks.

One of our springs broke on December 31, so we called Precision to come out and take a look on January 1, 2019. We had such a great experience! They gave us a time window that they would be here and then called when they were on their way. We printed off the free service call coupon off their website, so all we paid for was the broken spring repair and labor. The technician was very courteous and professional. He recommended some overall fixes for preventative maintenance and repaired the spring. Eric, our tech, was super friendly and helpful. We recommend Precision for any repairs and will continue to use them on our upcoming preventative service. Thank you so much!

The representative arrive promptly and assessed our need. He determined that the old springs (which had been replaced less than 2 years ago) were "undersized" for the type and size of our door, which likely contributed to the door opener failing to operate. Mike, our technician, was very respectful of our property, and completed the work in a timely fashion. He explained the use of the new system, the warranty, and made certain that we understood the operation of the system.

Everything went great Tyler showed me exactly what was wrong and it was very clear that those parts needed to be replaced. Tyler gave me three options to do repairs. I chose the 660.00 option. I assumed in that quote that would be the sub total plus the gas charge of 15.00. Which would be 675.00. We agreed on the free service charge with the coupon I gave him and the new sub total should be 610.00 plus tax. I spoke with someone who handles the bills, she tried to explain the bill to me but I still couldn’t get past the simple math. The bills are confusing. A simpler way of doing it would be better. If the quote I was given didn’t include the trip fee it should have been explained to me. All was resolved. I would still refer your company to friends and family.
