He took time to explain things in a very detailed manner rather than just show up and do the work that needed done, Ben took the time to break down items that need attention that weren't part of the order, that I should be aware of. Mike Felton did an amazing job. Solved the original problem of a jammed door in the up position, within 5 minutes. After re-programming all of our cars and manual remotes, Mike did a quick check and discovered frayed cables, which he replaced very quickly. Excellent service. Discovered your company by Google. Also like your website and web-based transactions and follow-up.
