We got up in the morning and found that we could not open the garage door since the spring was broken. Thus, we could not get the car out. I was pleasantly surprised that Precision was able to get to us the same day. Mike did a great job explaining the problem and getting the door working again.

Honestly, I had never heard of Precision until our garage door spring broke Easter morning. AND to top it off we are moving in a few days, so we needed fast service. We chose Precision for their 24 hour call service and were able to get an appointment the next day. Nick was our technician and was very professional, informative, and personable.
