Definitely made the right choice! Garage door wouldn’t close on its own so thought I had a busted sensor. Ryan came out to replace the sensor but no luck. He tried every possible piece of the puzzle before confirming it was an electrical issue on the opener itself. I really appreciated the thoroughness before deciding a new opener was needed. Ryan laid out my options and was not pushy at all. This company is very cost competitive and probably even cost saving if you have a mailer coupon. I will use them again when inevitably my other 25year old opener kicks it. First time in over a year we can click a button instead of holding it down. Should have called sooner!

I originally chose your business because it was on angie's list, so I felt that I would be treated fairly. I give them 5 stars. And they call you and tell you that they are on the way to you, if they are delayed, they let you know. The workers are polite and respectful and know their business.

This was such a painless experience! My husband and I work long hours, so I thought it would be impossible to get anyone out quickly. They came same day! I purchased the original spring from them in 2014, they replaced it under its lifetime warranty and we only had to pay the service fee. Could not have asked for quicker or more professional service.

We had a very old neglected garage door opener repaired. The technician did a great job. He agreed that the door itself was in good shape and outlined our options to repair the opener. He took time to answer all of my questions. He was polite, on time, and competent. The repairs were done in a few hours and work wonderfully. We are extremely pleased and would recommend Precision. $80 was alot for the charge for someone just to come out and spray lubricant on the spring. At least you can buy alot of lubricant spray cans with $80. He could've checked the hinges and rollers to make sure they were tight. Technician said hinges and rollers looked good never checked to see if any screws might have been loose.

Ryan was fantastic & friendly. He arrived at exactly the top of the hour. After a fifteen-minute diagnosis, he presented three repair options (good, better, best....each with warranty), and answered all questions thoroughly. He even wore shoe guards to prevent mud from getting on the floor. The entire job was complete in about ninety minutes, and my family can now smoothly utilize our garage again. This was my third time using Precision within the last decade or so. Thanks!!
