I was extremely satisfied with the current work performed by Kevin from the Precision team. Kevin was quickly able to diagnose my issue. He was very detailed in explaining to me the root cause of my problem and he had my door operational in minutes. He also was informative on other recommendations for my garage door. He was courteous and professional. He was nice enough to educate me on the many facets of my garage door and its moving parts for which I appreciated.

Kevin was my technician at the time of service. He was professional and pleasant. He showed me the parts that needed to be replaced. Even though, I just wanted service it didn't quite turn out like that. But, that's all apart of having a house.

I ultimately chose Precision due to its customer rating. I was not disappointed. The service was timely and Kevin the technician was very detailed and thorough. I had a broken spring (1 of 2) on a double door. Kevin walked me through several options to help me make an informed decision, of which I chose the Door Re-Build. I am happy with my decision and will be back for any future needs.
