Precision send a technician to our home within hours of our call. Our service technician (Nick Z.) was outstanding! He was polite, friendly, professional yet personable, and very knowledgeable! He replaced our broken springs serviced other existing parts of our door. it works great now and operates more quietly than before. And he reprogrammed our remotes which now work better! Nick also made sure I got the (Veterans) because of my prior military service. I definitely recommend Precision : )

We had a cable break on one of our two doors. Nick inspected both doors and found our 21 year old openers were in surprisingly great shape but the spring system was wore out. So we had the springs up graded and replaced on both doors. The work was quick and on time and on budget. Nick was very good to talk to as he discussed everything we needed to know but did not oversell anything. When the openers finally die I will have you back to replace those too. Thanks

My garage door sounded like fingernails on a chalkboard when it went up or down. The technician replaced several parts including the rollers, cables, and light sockets in the opener piece in addition to the spring that was purchased. I used it for a couple days and was at first looking back through my car window to see whether the door was actually working (because I could not hear the loud shrieking sound as before!) And yes, the door was operating as it should, quietly and smoothly. My neighbors are so happy now!

Honestly, I had never heard of Precision until our garage door spring broke Easter morning. AND to top it off we are moving in a few days, so we needed fast service. We chose Precision for their 24 hour call service and were able to get an appointment the next day. Nick was our technician and was very professional, informative, and personable. WE have had a lot of garage door work done...3 garage doors.....So issues do arise. Today Nick came out and fixed 3 small issues on 2 of the doors. Having used Precision Door previously, I was not hesitant to call again to have them replace my garage door lifter. Nick Zatkoff, who arrived on time, took time to explain the various differences in door lifters and available options. After deciding on the final products, Nick completed the necessary work in an hours time. His other recommendations were appreciated and also accepted. All in all, great service.

Service call was originally placed to repair broken door spring. After Technician, Nick Zatkoff, inspected my door, there was a few other repairs that he suggested to make. Nick was very thorough with his work and took care of my garage door and had it back up and running in a short period of time. Great Job !
