Andrew was born in New York, and lived in Connecticut for the first ten years of his life. His family then moved to Ft. Wayne, IN. After high school, Andrew graduated from Ball State University, with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. Andrew lives an active lifestyle. He enjoys running, cycling, and lifting weights. Andrew also loves playing and watching almost any sport. He currently lives in Westfield with his wife, and 1 year old son. He enjoys spending free time with family and friends.

Scheduling was easy and fast. The technician was polite, professional, fast, and explained all of our options thoroughly and honestly. I felt like he was always making sure I was getting the best quality and deal and never felt like I was being upsold or taken advantage of. Actually after Andrew and I talked and he did his inspection, I chose to go with the lifetime door repair, (springs, rollers, cable and cable pulleys etc.) Andrew did an OUTSTANDING JOB! My garage door is 25+ years old and after his repair, the door is as quiet as a church mouse. Thanks Andrew!!

Andrew was prompt and polite and diagnosed the problem quickly. He replaced the circuit board in the motor unit and then helped us program the car remotes. He checked the doors and replaced a frayed cable under warranty. He also made sure we used all the coupons available. Precision is user-friendly and we will continue to call on them.

I was glad that I was able to call on a Friday night and get an appointment for Saturday. I was disappointed that my 12-2 window turned into a 4 o'clock appointment. I also didn't realize there would be a fuel charge. Once the technician arrived he was very courteous and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem in about 20 minutes.

Requested service for a keypad that wasn't working. Phone answered quickly, politely, and rep. was able to help me decide if I needed an electrician or GDO repair. Appointment was made for that day even though I was not in a particular hurry (my door was working). Tech could not arrive until 90 minutes beyond the time window given, but I happened to be available so it was not a problem, and the service called me to notify me of the schedule delay BEFORE the original time window expired (that rarely happens with many services). The tech was polite, knowledgeable, QUICK, answered all my questions, advised me of price before performing work, showed me parts that needed repair, tried to save a part if possible, etc. Thanks.
