Andrew was born in New York, and lived in Connecticut for the first ten years of his life. His family then moved to Ft. Wayne, IN. After high school, Andrew graduated from Ball State University, with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. Andrew lives an active lifestyle. He enjoys running, cycling, and lifting weights. Andrew also loves playing and watching almost any sport. He currently lives in Westfield with his wife, and 1 year old son. He enjoys spending free time with family and friends.

Technician Andrew was very professional and polite . Called in advance before the arrival . He was able to fix the garage door under the warranty without any hassle . Recommended appropriate repairs on the smaller garage door which I agreed to and he took care of it as well . He had all the parts on the truck . Work was performed in a timely fashion. Eric did a great job explaining how the parts of our garage door system work and even shared some tips on maintenance and things to check periodically. Recommended proactive replacement of some wearing parts, but we decided to keep an eye on it and begin budgeting for a complete rebuild at a later date.

Andrew arrived early. He checked out my existing door and because the hardware is 35 years old he had some adjustments to make the door operate smoothly. He suggested new rollers, but said the door would work without them. I decided to replace the rollers now, because they eventually would need to be replaced. Andrew worked efficiently and the door and new opener works easily and quietly. I am pleased.

On Saturday my garage door spring broke. I had a doctors appointment scheduled for Monday morning that I have been waiting for 6 months and if I had to cancel it would have been another 6-12 months before I could get rescheduled. My daughter called Precision because she had the same thing happen to her door in December. She thought the service was so great that she wanted me to have the same experience. The appointment was scheduled for Sunday and I was relieved that I was going to be able to make my appointment. It turned out that a technician could come out the same day which was even better. It was almost 9pm when the job was completed. As an elderly person, I was so impressed and grateful that I received such amazing service.
