Andrew was born in New York, and lived in Connecticut for the first ten years of his life. His family then moved to Ft. Wayne, IN. After high school, Andrew graduated from Ball State University, with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. Andrew lives an active lifestyle. He enjoys running, cycling, and lifting weights. Andrew also loves playing and watching almost any sport. He currently lives in Westfield with his wife, and 1 year old son. He enjoys spending free time with family and friends.

Great service! I was amazed in about 3 hours from the spring breaking, my door was fixed! Andrew did a complete check of my door, explained the problem and suggested other maintenance issues to watch. Bonus - it's quieter now. Andrew was very polite and knowledgeable. The invoice was less than another company I checked. I would definitely recommend Precision. They are courteous, fast and, reasonably priced. Thanks Andrew and Joel!

Thank you to Andrew, technician for repairing our garage door. The spring had broken. We had previously done a complete overhaul of our garage door and I was surprised that the spring had broken. Precision sent out the technician and the repair was made. Because of our previously performed overhaul the service charge was the only payment due.

I contacted Precision because a spring had broken on my door. FIRST off - I was thrilled to have called at 12:30 PM on a Friday and have a technician at my house by 2:10 PM (well within the 2 - 4 pm window). My thought was that I was just going to have the spring replaced. When Andrew arrived at my home, I was at once put at ease by his professional appearance and demeanor. Andrew examined my door carefully and showed me clearly the evidence of wear on various moving parts (the cables, the pulleys, the rollers) that indicated that it would be in my better interest to have the door fully refurbished. Although it was more than I had planned on doing and the cost was greater than my plan, having the whole matter resolved in a single visit really motivated me to go with the refurbished service. Andrew then quickly and efficiently completed the service I'd requested. Finally, knowing that these moving parts, on a key feature of my home, are warranteed for as long as I own my home is an added bonus. I highly recommend Precision and Andrew.
